A continuous search for solutions and a systems-thinking approach have defined my work since the beginning of my career.As an IT Engineer, I laid the foundations that still drive my effectiveness today: even then, I was creating frameworks that provided genuine support for the technical development of colleagues.I have carried this conscious, constructive mindset forward throughout my more than 20-year career in HR.I have been teaching in the fields of IT and HR since the start of my career; thus, by blending theoretical depth with practical implementation, I partner with decision-makers as a strategic ally to navigate complex correlations where systems thinking naturally meets human-centric solutions.Throughout my career, I have strived to gain practical professional experience in all areas of HR - from multinational environments to several years of consulting practice.In my experience, the shift from operational reactivity to strategic proactivity is what ignites true organizational development.Whether working with Hungarian SMEs, public sector actors or on international HR expert assignments, I believe that people must be at the heart of genuine value creation.I believe that business results are best achieved through professional stakeholder management and the people engagement of colleagues.
